Audi/Porsche Transmission

I have understood that an audi transmission can be fitted into the 924. Is this true? I have looked into a few Audi's including the 4000c/cs & Ur-quattro but have not seen these transmissions- just figures. I have the 016/9 5 Speed (4.11 diff) and would like to rip out the 3rd and 4th gear and replace them with the Audi 3rd and 4th gears. Changes to third would go from 1.36 to 1.45 and .967 to 1.07 for fourth. Or maybe just take the entire tranny and pop it in my car (I broke my one month old 5 speed and it needs fixing...) If anyone has any ideas please contact me here or even better through my email! That would be great!
