it has been done, should be an almost straight bolt in plus ECU. Might have trouble with the Drive shaft, but you'd need almost the entire car to do it anyways so you would just swap trannies anyways.

Jesse,

I dropped a 968 engine in my 924S. The only issue was the brake booster which I had to move up about 2 cm to clear the intake manifold. Not sure if this will be a problem with an S motor. Other than that, it was a direct bolt in

Is the 968 motor an interference motor? Are you running the belt covers?

Yep, same basic engine as teh 944, only 3L and with variocam.

I don't run the belt covers, but do run the undertray.
