No, the offset will be wrong and they will stick out and hit the fenders. Later deep-offset wheels, '87-onward, are 52mm offset instead of 23mm, and will fit under the fenders. However, clearance on the stock springs is tight. Check out my webpage, you can see the comparison in fit, I've got pics with the early-offset cookie-cutters (the black rims):
