Aight, So we have a 240 at the shop that's a total and it's SR'd. My father is thinking about buying it from the insurance company. The thing is, the chassis is WAY too bent and such. So I was thinking that if he does buy it, I can steal the engine and such and stick it in the porshe. Think it'll work? _________________ -Jonathan

You could put a Rolls-Royce Griffin in your car if you wanted too. Putting a foreign engine in a car is a custom job, which means that you can do whatever the hell you want as long as you know how to do it.

I've been thinking about taking a 240 SR20DET and putting in my 924.
If you can find any information on it let me know.
I would really appreciate any help I can get.
I need to get something in there that's sturdy and can do big numbers _________________ Josh Ball

If the price is right buy the 240 anyways. Is it an S13, S14??? Either way, it'd be worth a shot. Iif the idea ends up improbable, an SR and everything but that chassis will part out for enough to turn a profit. |
