After quickly going through the current navigation, here is what I would initially propose, new navigation:
- = Parent Navigation
.: = Child Navigation (mouseover <div> dropdown)
- Models & History
.: Overview
.: 924
.: 924S
.: 924 Carerra
.: 931
.: Special Editions
.: Racing Kits
- Racing the 924
.: Overview
.: US
.: UK
- Troubleshooting
.: Engine/Cooling
.: Electrical
.: Transmission
.: Suspension
.: Interior
.: Repair Manuals
- Tutorials
.: Brake Upgrade
.: Adding a Turbo
.: Rollcage Installation
.: More Guages
.: Roof Mounted Antenna
- Discussion Board
.: In Box
.: Recent Posts
.: Your Posts
.: Unanswered Posts
.: All Posts
- Vehicle Registry
- References
- Related Links
If I didnt mention a section it is either broken, dated, or questionably useful. Granted, I have outlined this in a little over 20 minutes and it does account for some reallocated and consolidating information - but I know I could knock this out relatively quickly if the task was given to me (and the changes were approved).
In any respect, let the responses begin. I think this should really carry over to a new Discussion Group with limited access.

-Mike | I'd love to get started on this but I am not sure a final design has been submitted/decided on. I'm volunteering to rebuild/code the entire site, I'll even code the forum header and footer since I know this type fo forum pretty well. I just need a signed off graphic design. Once I have that, I'll start working and I'll publish a development URL for people to monitor. _________________ 924.org (no time to complete)

-mike | well, if you want to review the posts here and/or create a PSD for me then I'll get started. I would need a layout of the homepage and then one for the interior pages. My proposed navigation is above, so you can use that in your mock-up. If you come up with two or three designs, then we can post a poll and then begin development. _________________ 924.org (no time to complete)

BUMP - is anyone still interested in a make-over - I am willing to get started if a design is finalized, see a couple posts up for the proposed navigation. _________________ 924.org (no time to complete)

Yes, we need alot more write ups, I have a series 2 931 and access to a digital cam and camcorder and Id be willing to take pics of anything for a parts index.
I'd also like a list for EFI requirements, and just update all that information.. If I can help in any way I will.. _________________ [This Space For Rent] |

Yes, I think a makeover is still in order and very interesting to most of us regulars.
Flosho, I second your recommendation for an EFI requirements writeup. _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

What are all of the required components (e.g. injectors, rail, fuel inlet & outlet plumbing, MegaSquirt controller, crank trigger, wiring, programming/tuning, etc.) and then sort of a "how to". _________________ erstwhile owner of just about every 924 variant ever made |

Yes because alot of upgrades on these cars are custom or require some fabricating, it would be nice to have some how-to's or DIY right ups...
I think all that information is pretty dated, specially when you search and it brings up stuff from 01, 02.. I don't know how much of that is relavent anymore. _________________ [This Space For Rent] |

given the recent posts and indications of EFI and DIY, the navigation I proposed above could be modified to look like this:
Quote: | - = Parent Navigation
.: = Child Navigation (mouseover <div> dropdown)
- Models & History
.: Overview
.: 924
.: 924S
.: 924 Carerra
.: 931
.: Special Editions
.: Racing Kits
- Racing the 924
.: Overview
.: US
.: UK
- Troubleshooting
.: Engine/Cooling
.: Electrical
.: Transmission
.: Suspension
.: Interior
.: Repair Manuals
- Tutorials/Do It Yourself
.: Brake Upgrade
.: Adding a Turbo
.: Rollcage Installation
.: More Guages
.: Roof Mounted Antenna
- Discussion Board
.: In Box
.: Recent Posts

If you feel there should be a full section for EFI, let me know and tell me how it would be broken down into sub-navigation. Would there be any redundancy to Tutorials/Do It Yourself, or is it disitinct enough to require its own section? _________________ 924.org (no time to complete)
