the only issue I found was the center console has a big cut where the cassette holder goes.
The solution was simply to find a cassette holder and bolt it there. ...

the front bumper from a 944 will not fit the 924 fenders

Simply use the 944 front fenders instead of the 924 and you will be good to go

For the seat belt you can simply unbolt the seatbelt assembly with the panels.
Otherwise I think it would requiere restitching the seat belts.

I had the exact same issue, turns out the brand new relay I got from VW was DOA.
I bought a second one and it fired right up

Can I still use this pistons in a rebuilt engine or will this damaged my cylinder walls of the block?
