I always have the idea that these headlight conversions aren't adjustable, while they can be adjustable.
Not sure how regulations are, but besides that it's just plain annoying if the lights arent ad ...

Was a 2 day battle with one of the torsion bar carrier mounting bolts, but finally the rear suspension assembly is out, and the torque tube as well. Making progress!

Replacement 944 transaxle arrived. It has 25mm shaft! and I do believe my 1/2 shafts will work. Externally the boxes are identical (apart from condition).

I decided to go for the upgrade to 944 Transaxle and Torque tube for peace of mind but primarily to make it easier to get the clutch assembly right.

anyway, the replacement Transaxle arrived today ...

I beleive early 944 Audi shaft was 20mm....

The 924S and Early 944 moved to the 25mm torque tube shafts
