Nice! I built a similar test gauge for my Audi 200 TQA a few years back (also CIS). I mounted my gauge on the WUR.

Yeah, definitely inflated pricing on these seats. I do love that Werk 924 has such a selection of Porsche seat fabrics, the 911 restoration guys must love that place.

These seats came in a 924, but I think I've seen the tartan seats in a 911 as well. I would love a pair of sport seats in tartan for my 944:

The wheels were in excellent condition. Which was a stark contrast to the rest of the car

Not rust free unfortunately. And there is some filler on the sides that the repaint covered up. It is sunroof delete, but the engine being open for decades does not give me hope as to it ever running ...

Thank you so much for posting the photos. Truly a car you don't see - I don't think I've ever seen one in person. But I had the plastic model of one when I was a kid. Truly jealous .
