Yes, and the crank pulley, the 931 uses a different offset crank pulley so in order to keep the same bracket, sensor position and trigger wheel i had to make a custom pulley.

You need to do a proper geometry adjustment front AND rear.
Before that you should also make sure that all the bushings are fresh or at least in good condition. No perished/soft rubber.

Get an EFI kit from me and you dont have to worry about bungs, everything bolts on and fits. Spend a saturday afternoon installing parts and in the evening you can go drive it.

I’ve had a 50/50 experience with removing the original bungs.
Some came out fairly easily some in pieces, but even the ones that came out werent really reuseable.

Any thoughts on wall thickness for aluminium tube swap?

At least 6mm i'd say, 8-10 sounds good to me...especially if you intend to run rigid engine/gearbox mounts.

Bearings are standard size as far as i know and i’ve heard of people using off the shelf bearings in their rebuilds.
