Yes, and the crank pulley, the 931 uses a different offset crank pulley so in order to keep the same bracket, sensor position and trigger wheel i had to make a custom pulley.

You need to do a proper geometry adjustment front AND rear.
Before that you should also make sure that all the bushings are fresh or at least in good condition. No perished/soft rubber. |

Get an EFI kit from me and you dont have to worry about bungs, everything bolts on and fits. Spend a saturday afternoon installing parts and in the evening you can go drive it.

Any thoughts on wall thickness for aluminium tube swap?
At least 6mm i'd say, 8-10 sounds good to me...especially if you intend to run rigid engine/gearbox mounts. |
