5 pot sound is the best.
I have a 5 cyl diesel and even that one sounds great.
Wish the 924 came with a 5cyl from the start.

Interesting, I didn't realize the lambda system did anything but run closed loop for better mileage during cruise.

Replace the large o-ring between the S2 charge tube and the TB.
Also use some Victor Reinz or substitute permanent silicone that is oil resistent as well.
That o-ring will wear down into the charge ...

Bodge, dont do it. Will vibrate and destroy the input bearing and seal of the gearbox and maybe the bearings in the torque tube.

In that case, yes it makes all the sense to use the snailshell.
I know the audi box is crap, my higher boosted 931 mashed a 944 box under load going up on a bridge.

Well i used a 944S2 drive train on a 931 engine and it worked, should work the other way around as well, meaning 931 TT and gearbox on a 944 bellhousing and clutch.
