0 280 130 214 has been superseded to F 026 T03 100 by Bosch, and that part is available from them, MSRP $246.20. My wholesaler has 16 in stock at the moment.

If the sound is coming from inside the transmission, you have either a broken ring and pinion or broken differential, best guess.
