I remember that in the Haynes is stated what the allowed difference in fuel delivery is.
But I don't have the Haynes overhere at the moment. Maybe you could have a look overthere?

Why do you think that that controll pressure is an issue?
Because I read this in the K Jetronic Workshop Manual:
WARM CONTROL PRESSURE : 3.4 - 3.8 bar

First start with measuring system pressure.
Replacing of parts or changing settings without knowing the root cause doesn't make sense.

Yesterday I read in the Haynes that if the first injector has reached 100ml, the other should have at least 85ml. So it looks like that 80% is something to worry about.
