Ok, dumb suggestion, but check that your firing order is correct. Could be firing out through the intake.

I dunno. I see some funkiness right between 8:30 and 9:00 on that #1 piston. The head looks pretty oily for #1. That burn-through in the head gasket is ugly. There's no real explanation for the oiline ... |

The letter following the part number usually means the earlier part number has been superseded. So a K comes after a D. For something like this, since it is so cheap, if Porsche still has it, I'd buy ... |

If you can get the old fuel filter off without headache, just remove it and look inside. If its shedding filter material into the fuel lines it should be obvious. |
