....well there are definately upper mounting points for a three point in my 1980 euro car - just screws right in - althought is is an after market 3 point kit.

| thx Raceboy, yes it is the front suspension I was refering to. So i could leave the bottom of the strut, which attaches to the stearing knuckle in place and replace the rest of the strut assembly? |

| Will 944 (series 2 ie 1987) struts just bolt in to a 924 ? The top of the mounts look different but otherwise the seem the same. |

| Well i get about 28 - 30 mpg - daily driver. Don't think you will get another porsche which does more. |

| I have the same problem. Gear changes are smooth, but deep clunk when you shift hard or accelerate hard from idle. Only had the car 2 months so i am just taking it easy until the weather is better and ... |
