I roll up my sleeves and get dirty a lot I just like to know other ways of figuring out a solution because there ways might be better then mine is all

The fan is working properly.. And yes it cools ...

Hahaha I agree and it runs great but the cooling fan issue and ideals rough but other then that it's a good running car

You need a Haynes manual! Please get one!

They aren't the greatest, but are a decent starting point for troubleshooting, specs, wiring, etc.

Are you sure both beams of both bulbs are good? Start by checking the power supply to the bulbs and work you way back to the fuse.
