I own chassis # 254 out of 500 and have fixed it up quite a bit at my shop, CRE. I'm trying to find one of the medallions that came with each car. Anybody have one?

Hey gents, What's the best source for fresh stripes? I've heard CarBone, Aase in los angeles, there was a guy on the Island of Malta, others? What's your experience?

Yep, I've been gathering 924 parts on the side as well, though I'm really a 944 guy. I've heard many people refer to that part as a dust shield. They just don't know any better.

Agreed. Not worked up over it. Just a fun exercise in finding the real history of these cars. Doesn't matter so much if I'm proven wrong. It's more important to get it right.

You may have better luck getting info if you call the part by its correct name. It has nothing to do with brake pad dust. If it did, it would be on the outside of the rotor. It's called a splash guard ...

Looking for a comprehensive list of the 59 GTS's produced, not counting the 15 which were Club Sport versions. Not 924 Carrera GT, not GTR's. Just the GTS's.
