Test your injectors. They might be leaking. Pull your plugs too to check.
Also.. might be paired with a hot start problem, but with the limited time its on i wouldn't think so.

But I got the Head out just fine.. Except for two wires on the back of the head.. Whoops
Cylinder 4 was the problem.
I just took the head in to be resurfaced and megnaf ...

It would come off with the dipstick but that's not my goal.. just removing the head and these 37 year old bolts like to fight me.

Trying to take off my head.
I have all the bolts taken off the intake but two of the screws are stuck in, nuts off. I was able to get the other two off with the nut and screw.
She wont budge at all. ...

I got you. And the O2 sensor? How would that make it fail just out of curiosity

The plug did seam A bit weird but if im able to get it out, why shouldn't I keep using it?

Definately.
The PO did not take care of the car..
But it did sit outside over winter... maybe longer
So I think its just from previous wear with weathering + the 100,000 miles on it

Grounds and wiring I would say. That was the last thing I checked and she ran right after. Never underestimate the grounds.
Also.. check your MAF and Fuel dizzy.
Might also be the 5th injector that ...

Wow! Thanks for all the replies! This is truly amazing.
I did run into one hitch though.. As i started to drive I noticed white smoke out of the exhaust. And radiator fluid coming out of the tail pip ...
