its not a spray its a thick gel which you put on the mating surfaces when assembling much like a thick loctite.
You would have to disconnect the hoses, put it on the surfaces and reassemble.

Personally wouldnt use them.
There is a sealant you can use on the hose ends when fitting but that is all i have ever used.

There is an adjustment at the top of the brake pedal area, the rod going to the brake booster must have some play allowing the MC rod to fully extend before attaching to pedal.

I had to bleed several times to get a good pedal.
I try to use a different color fluid when I do a bleed to visually see the new stuff come out.

I'd suspect the master cylinder. if the booster was duff the pedal would be hard with no stopping power

Check the power (LHS) to the body with a meter.
biggest problem with these is people replace the struts with ones with plastic ends.
the RHS has to earth through itself and also has a sliding switch ...

My '84 na had a bad/no spark issue and found there was no earth on the ecu and it earthed through the mounting screws which were corroded.
I fitted a dedicated earth to the body and no further proble ...

I would invest in fuel pressure gauges and do a thorough test before throwing money at parts in the hope you get the right one.

Fuel pressure tests will show if the WUR or other parts are faulty.

Locksmiths used to be able to cut a key from a number on the barrel.
Not sure this practice worked on 924 or is still in use.

it is grounded through the hatch strut
