which way do we turn the recessed screw to adjust the mixture? is it clockwise = leaner & anticlockwise = richer?

Small update, fitted a new fuel pump relay, it doesnt cut out anymore if I wiggle the relay

As to the fuse panel, cant decide if there is any difference....
